Etihad Guest

Etihad Airlines wanted to attract more of their current customers to join their loyalty programs. This pitch looked to brand already existing Guest Program and create an advertising campaign to promote its services.

Main concept

The Guest team is an added luxury that experienced and loyal customers deserve. We proposed an identity for this internal brand that would celebrate that while fitting into the Etihad master brand expression.

Activation events

The brand launch would include a series of activation events. Leveraging Etihad soccer team sponsorship, we proposed offering VIP seat “upgrades” at games. Through physical pop-up stores, Etihad could advertise the merchandize available by redeeming their loyalty points.
